- Preparing Mechanical design drawings for approved layouts including:
- Heating, ventilation and central air conditioning for Operation Theaters.
- Split air conditioning for inpatient rooms, offices, and waiting areas.
- Medical gases installations (O2+VA for inpatient room and O2+VA+MA+MPA+N2O for Operation Theaters).
- Water Supply System.
- Wastewater system.
- Firefighting system.
- Preparing Electrical design drawings for approved layouts including:
- Nurse call system.
- Lighting system.
- Power installations (sockets, isolation system for Operation Theater).
- Communication System (Telephone, Data).
- Security System (Operations wing doors).
- CCTV system.
- Fire Alarm.
- Earthing system for Operation Theaters.
- Preparing layout for demolition work of partition walls, tiles, doors, electro-mechanical installations, etc.
- Preparing tender documents including BOQ, conditions and technical specifications.
- Participating in tendering process and the selection of Construction Company.
