EMCC is one of the Palestinian best management and engineering companies. It was established in Gaza in 1993 as a consulting firm to meet the demanding need for professional engineering, management and institutional services. The Center was then registered in Canada in 2002 as EMCC International. The Center is also registered at the Association of Engineers in Gaza.
