Our Mission
EMCC mission is to provide its valued clients with high caliber
multi-disciplinary consulting services in Engineering, Management,
Environment and Development in Palestine.

EMCC
is one of the Palestinian's best known Consulting companies. EMCC was
established in Gaza and West
Bank in 1993 as a consulting firm to meet the demand need
for professional engineering, management and institutional capacity
building services.
EMCC is registered at the Association of Engineers in Gaza.
EMCC
has designed and supervised some of the most important infrastructure
projects in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
EMCC provides a comprehensive professional and quality service in
different engineering and management disciplines. The Center's broad
spectrum of services includes planning, engineering, design, construction
management, environmental studies, community development and training
courses in several fields.
EMCC administrative and technical staff have the depth of experience and
design expertise to provide their clients with competent, innovative, and
appropriate solutions that are functional, flexible and cost-effective.
EMCC has provided services to a variety of clients, including
governmental agencies, ministries, municipalities, non governmental
organizations, international institutions, engineering firms and
construction companies.
Among those institutions are The World Bank, GTZ, USAID,UNDP, IDB, DFID,
DANIDA, etc. EMCC is associated with several consulting firms in Europe, USA and
Arab countries to provide in tegrated solutions.
Office Services
 EMCC head office is located in
Gaza City. It includes a number of
offices, administration and meeting rooms. EMCC has a wide range of
office facilities such as a local computer network, high-standard
computers, printers etc. EMCC rely on a variety of up-to-date computer
applications for structural analysis and design, engineering drawing,
design of water supply and sanitary facilities, traffic engineering, etc.
In addition, EMCC has a set of environmental monitoring and measurement
devices that have been used in several assignments for measuring the
concentration of different air gases components.
